Key responsibilities: As Head of Care and Quality Standards , you will lead strategic quality and compliance initiatives across all RBL care homes, ensuring regulatory readiness and best practice in care standards. Drive continuous improvement and governance, overseeing CQC inspections, internal audits, performance monitoring and embedding a culture of excellence, safety, and person centred-care.
