FIND is a specialist staffing business serving the Skills, Learning, and Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We're representing an Ofsted grade 2 provider who are looking for a Head of Quality to join their ranks.  Head of Quality Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus Location: Remote with regular travel to training centres in Warrington, Walsall, Watford, and Dagenham Contract: Full-time, permanent We are seeking a confident, forward-thinking leader to drive quality and improve learner outcomes across apprenticeship and CPD provision. This pivotal leadership role oversees the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment in line with Ofsted, ESFA, and awarding body standards. With two direct reports, you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.  Key Responsibilities: Lead internal quality assurance across apprenticeships, regulated qualifications, and CPD. Oversee Ofsted and awarding body inspections/audits. Maintain quality accreditations (e.g., Matrix, direct claims status). Manage quality policies, SAR/QIP, standardisation, and internal sampling.
