An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced professional to head the Syndicate Capital Modelling team for a major player in the (re)insurance market.
Own and drive the development of the internal capital model, ensuring it meets all relevant regulatory and internal standards.
Play a key role in business planning and capital setting, including input into the Lloyds SBF and Group requirements.
Lead model development, strategic planning, and implementation with a focus on technical excellence and stakeholder engagement.
Present at senior governance forums such as the Model Governance Committee and Risk & Solvency Committee.
A strong understanding of internal model frameworks, ORSA, and regulatory expectations
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Hybrid working model and supportive, collaborative leadership team
