The Role We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Retail to lead and grow our store estate across the South of England. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for sales performance, operational excellence, people development, and brand standards across a large, multi-site retail portfolio. You will play a critical role in driving profitability in a high-volume, value-led fashion environment, ensuring our stores deliver outstanding results while remaining true to our customer promise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and develop a large regional retail management team
Own full regional P&L, delivering sales growth and cost control
Drive consistent execution of retail standards, VM, and operational processes
Translate company strategy into clear regional action plans
Maximise store performance through effective people planning, coaching, and succession
Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, HR, and Supply Chain teams
Ensure excellent customer experience across all stores
Lead change initiatives and support new store openings and refits
Maintain strong compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements
