The Role of the Head of Revenue & Sales
As Head of Revenue & Sales, you are accountable for maximising group hotel room revenue and profitability through strategic pricing, distribution management, demand forecasting and commercial leadership.
The role combines data analysis with strong market insight to align revenue, sales and wider commercial strategies with overall business objectives, delivering sustainable growth, margin optimisation and long term value.
Working in close partnership with Marketing, Finance and Operations, you will bring a strategic, collaborative and commercially focused mindset, ensuring revenue decisions are guest centric, data led and aligned with brand positioning.
The role partners closely with the Head of Marketing to optimise direct bookings, guest acquisition costs and overall profitability.
