We are looking for a senior technical sales leader to drive the technical strategy and execution for our largest multinational enterprise customers. In this role, you will lead a globally distributed team of Sales Engineers supporting strategic global accounts, ensuring strong technical engagement across complex, multi-regional environments. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to support major enterprise opportunities and help customers successfully evaluate, adopt, and expand our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a globally distributed team of Sales Engineers supporting the company’s largest multinational enterprise accounts
Define and execute the technical engagement strategy for strategic global customers across multiple regions
Establish best practices for technical discovery, solution design, architecture alignment, and executive technical engagement
Develop scalable processes to support global technical coverage for strategic accounts
Provide direct technical leadership on complex, high-value enterprise sales opportunities
Act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers and internal account teams
Engage with senior technology leaders including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and enterprise architecture teams
Drive architectural alignment between customer technology strategies and the company’s solutions
Guide Sales Engineers through complex technical sales cycles including discovery, solution architecture, proof-of-concept, proof-of-value, security reviews, and competitive positioning
Ensure consistent and effective technical win strategies across global accounts
Partner closely with Global Account Sales leadership, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and partner ecosystem teams
Provide customer-driven insights to Product teams regarding enterprise requirements and roadmap prioritiesRecruit, develop, and retain high-performing Sales Engineering talent globally
Coach team members on executive technical engagement, enterprise technical storytelling, and strategic account planning
Build career development paths and leadership opportunities within the Sales Engineering organization
Encourage team participation in industry conferences, technical publications, customer advisory boards, and executive briefings
Establish the Sales Engineering team as trusted technical thought leaders for the company’s most strategic customers
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Pre-Sales
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical sales teams
Proven success supporting large multinational enterprise customers
Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
Strong background in enterprise architecture and complex technical sales cycles
Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level technology decision makers
Preferred Experience
Experience selling complex enterprise technologies such as cybersecurity, cloud platforms, infrastructure platforms, AI platforms, or data platforms
Experience supporting Global 2000 or Fortune 500 accounts
Strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes and multi-regional deployments
Experience working with partner ecosystems and systems integrators
