Head of Sales & Marketing

- Develop and deliver the sales and marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Set and achieve annual sales targets and KPIs in line with the business plan
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team to drive performance
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and growth areas
- Oversee brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and messaging consistency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and external partners
- Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and strong ROI
- Support the implementation and optimisation of CRM systems and sales processes
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or electronics.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue growth and commercial targets
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
- Experience working in a CEM (Contract Electronics Manufacturing) or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment.
