An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to join a growing engineering and Electronics manufacturing business. This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and strengthening the company’s market presence.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the sales and marketing function, setting clear targets and performance metrics while building and developing a high-performing team. The role will involve identifying new market opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring the business continues to expand within its core sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver the sales and marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectivesSet and achieve annual sales targets and KPIs in line with the business planLead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team to drive performanceConduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and growth areasOversee brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and messaging consistencyBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and external partnersManage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and strong ROISupport the implementation and optimisation of CRM systems and sales processesAbout YouProven experience in sales and marketing leadership, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or electronics.Strong track record of achieving revenue growth and commercial targetsExperience leading and developing high-performing teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive resultsExperience working in a CEM (Contract Electronics Manufacturing) or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven leader to play a key role in shaping the future growth of an ambitious engineering business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
