This role is ideal for a commercially astute sales leader with a strong background in banqueting and events sales , who thrives in a relationship-driven, high-end environment and values quality as much as results.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of the club's sales strategy, with a primary focus on private events, banqueting, and corporate entertaining . You will lead from the front, driving revenue while maintaining the club's impeccable standards and long-term member relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and delivering a robust sales strategy across events and banqueting

Proactively driving new business while nurturing existing key accounts

Leading, mentoring, and motivating the events team

Working closely with events, operations, and membership teams to ensure seamless delivery

Managing forecasts, budgets, and performance against targets

Representing the club at industry events and networking opportunities

About You

Proven senior sales experience within luxury hospitality, members' clubs, hotels, or premium venues

Strong track record in events and banqueting sales in a senior position

Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills

Confident leader who inspires trust and performance

Highly organised, professional, and detail-driven

Passionate about delivering exceptional guest and client experiences

The Package

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Bonus: 10% performance-related
