With over 1,300 cars sold every month, this organisation operates at true high-volume scale and is known for its strong commercial focus, fast-paced environment, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

They are now seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Sales to lead and develop the sales function across multiple sites driving volume, profitability, and team performance.

Working Hours

• 42.5 hours per week
• 5 days a week, including Saturdays

Duties

• Drive volume, revenue, and profitability across all dealership sites
• Develop and execute a high-performing sales strategy
• Head, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
