Job Description

Working for a luxury fashion brand, the Head of Sales will have full responsibility for the global wholesale strategy and performance, leading a high-performing team of sales professionals.


The Head of Sales will be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing the sales strategy in line with the brand’s global vision and commercial objectives
  • Leading, inspiring and developing a sales team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
  • Owning wholesale revenue, margin, and distribution targets across key markets
  • Building and strengthening relationships with premium wholesale partners, department stores, strategic accounts and agents
  • Collaborating closely with merchandising, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment
  • Ensuring brand integrity, consistency, and luxury positioning across all wholesale channels
  • Identifying new market opportunities while managing risk and distribution control


The Head of Sales will have:

  • Proven senior sales leadership experience within fashion - could be ready to wear (RTW), accessories, jewellery, etc.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-performing sales teams
  • Ideally come from luxury or premium brands
  • Deep understanding of global wholesale markets and key accounts
  • Data-driven, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Could come from roles like Head of Wholesale Sales, Senior Sales Manger or Senior Wholesale Manager
