We're partnering with a growing manufacturer seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale their B2B sales function across UK and export markets. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional who can shape strategy, inspire teams, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
As Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of overall sales performance across key accounts, partnerships, and distribution channels, ensuring a high-quality, ethical and consultative sales approach. You will work closely with senior leadership to expand market presence, improve conversion rates, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
This role suits a commercially astute sales leader with proven experience in B2B sales leadership, comfortable managing teams, budgets, and growth strategies. If you thrive on building high-performing teams and opening new markets, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a comprehensive sales strategy
Lead, coach and performance-manage internal sales teams and partners
Drive revenue growth, forecasting and pipeline management
Identify and secure new partnerships and market opportunities
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Senior-level B2B sales leadership experience
Strong people management and communication skills
Experience across UK and international markets
Commercially driven with strong CRM and reporting capability
Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery
