We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead our Fulham office. This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving performance, maximising profitability and delivering outstanding client service while developing a high‑performing sales team.

As Head of Sales, you will have full accountability for the success of your branch, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on estate agency expertise. You will play a key role in growing market share, increasing group value and embedding best‑in‑class sales standards.

Key responsbilities

  • Take full ownership of branch performance, achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets.
  • Drive the delivery of individual and collective objectives, with clear accountability for profitability, market share growth and overall business performance.
  • Provide exemplary service to clients across all aspects of estate agency, including market appraisals, property listings, negotiations and sales progression, ensuring strict adherence to company sales processes.
  • Analyse market data, client feedback and local trends to deliver weekly client updates, offering clear, informed advice to support successful transactions.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with each team member, recognising achievements, challenging performance and identifying training and development needs.
  • Lead, motivate and inspire the sales team to reach their full potential while maintaining a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure full compliance with service standards and relevant legislation at all times.
  • Oversee all aspects of property marketing for new and existing listings, ensuring maximum exposure and brand consistency.
  • Act as a key guardian of client care, ensuring property brochures are accurate, up to date and reflect changes to pricing, photography, floor plans and descriptions.
  • Prepare and oversee all documentation for new instructions, including agency agreements, anti‑money laundering checks, fact finds and related compliance paperwork.
  • Manage and lead the recruitment process for the branch, attracting, hiring and onboarding high‑quality talent.
