We are seeking an exceptional Head of School to provide strong, visible leadership at Lift Cottingley, a happy, inclusive and ambitious primary school at the heart of its community.

About the Role

  • Lead the day‑to‑day life of the school, working closely with the Regional Executive Principal, the Lift Schools network and regional support team.
  • Drive high‑quality teaching and learning, nurture culture, and ensure that every child receives an excellent education, every day.
  • Model great teaching, coach and develop others, and lead from the front.
  • Prioritise instructional excellence, inclusion and oracy.
  • Work in a diverse, community‑focused setting, bringing resilience, warmth and relentless positivity to leadership.
