About the Role:

A high-performing and well-resourced secondary school in the Bexley area is seeking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Head of Science. This is an excellent opportunity for an established middle leader or a strong Science Teacher ready to step into a leadership role.

You will be responsible for leading a successful Science department, driving standards, and ensuring excellent outcomes across KS3–KS5.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the Science department

* Deliver high-quality Science teaching across KS3–KS5

* Drive student progress and attainment

* Develop and implement an engaging and effective curriculum

* Support, coach, and develop teaching staff
