This is a interesting brand transformation role.


We’re working with a global brand looking to redefine how they show up in culture, social and the creator economy.


This is about building a global, culturally relevant brand.


You’ll own the full social and community strategy across markets, shaping how the brand connects with audiences worldwide from content and creators through to community, partnerships and affiliate.


The role:

  • Define and lead global social strategy across all platforms
  • Build and scale a best-in-class creator and influencer ecosystem
  • Drive social commerce and affiliate performance
  • Lead global campaigns that balance brand and conversion
  • Partner with regional teams to deliver locally relevant execution
  • Build and lead a high-performing global team


What they’re looking for:

  • Proven experience leading social for a global fashion or lifestyle brand
  • Deep understanding of creator marketing and social commerce
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Experience building brand relevance through culture, not just campaigns
  • Confident operating across global markets and teams
