Job Description
About
Our client is looking for a visionary Head of Software Engineering to lead their engineering organization and drive innovation at scale. You’ll shape the technical strategy, build high-performing teams, and deliver world-class software solutions that power our business growth.
The Role
Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with company goals. Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineering managers and senior developers. Champion best practices in architecture, coding standards, and modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD). Collaborate with Product and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions. Ensure quality, security, and scalability across all platforms.
Requirements
10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven experience scaling engineering teams and delivering complex products. Strong technical background in modern software development and cloud technologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments. Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, and emerging technologies.
