What You’ll Be Doing Your key accountabilities will include:

Lead the core strategy cycle, owning the 3 to 5‑year planning process and aligning all business units behind a single, coherent strategic narrative Drive major cross‑company strategic initiatives, identifying future value opportunities and enabling fast, high‑quality decision‑making across the CEO, ExCo and senior leaders Build deep, trusted relationships across the organisation, partnering with leaders across Stores, Online, Supply Chain, Property, HR, Finance and other areas to shape an insight‑led strategy Create transparency and disciplined performance management through clear KPIs, strong accountability, and consistent follow‑through on strategic priorities Stay close to customers and colleagues by spending time in stores, listening to real‑world feedback and grounding decisions in frontline insight

Who you are Your skills and experience will include:

Proven strategy experience, such as top‑tier consulting and/or senior in‑house strategy roles within retail, with strong critical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of value drivers in retail, e‑commerce and multi‑channel customer environments Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the credibility to influence at Executive level Demonstrated leadership across programme and transformation activity, including governance, milestone tracking and value delivery Resilience, curiosity and pace, with the confidence to challenge constructively, work hands‑on and drive momentum in a complex, fast‑moving environment
