To provide leadership in Kelvin Power’s structure function and to provide project oversight on procurement and delivery of the structures for the business. Responsibilities & Duties Including but not limited to the following:

To lead the procurement services function within Kelvin Power and Vinci Energies in Transmission and Distribution Domain. To own the profit and loss account for the Kelvin Power Structure and ensure a continuous growth year on year (turnover, client portfolio, and operating profit) and ensure we can maintain a safe and compliant business. To define the strategy for a product business (identification of key markets, securing work, supply‑chain strategy). To ensure the procurement and management of the projects in the structure business follows the agreed IMS process. To manage the relationship with supply‑chain (fabricators), co‑ordinate the internal design interface and coordinate site visits for inspection, quality control, and checks on product supplied to the clients. To lead client engagements, lead on developing the proposals, winning work and delivering projects and to empower team‑members to assist in growing the business. To hold the responsibility of management of a portfolio of projects within Kelvin Power and to maximise the revenue, and margin (E‑result).

Qualifications And Experience

Experience of managing a team. Ability to train and mentor more junior members of the team. Experience of SHEQ processes in a product line business. Experience of whole project process from fee proposals and concept design to project completion strong technical ability with in‑depth experience of designing in all main materials. Client facing with strong communication and relationship building skills. Passion for business development. Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen.
