The role holder will be responsible for the day to day operational relationship with the university's primary international recruitment's partners. This is an interim role, starting asap and you will be internationally focused.

Strategic Leadership & Market Development
Develop and deliver international recruitment strategy aligned with institutional targets.
Identify priority markets and growth opportunities using data and insights.
Plan and lead recruitment campaigns, events, and annual activity.
Oversee forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.Agent & Partner Management
Manage key agent relationships and ensure high service standards.
Lead agent recruitment, training, contracting, and performance monitoring.
Maintain partnerships and ensure compliance with policies and best practice.
Develop new international partnerships and recruitment collaborations.International Engagement
Represent the university at global events and recruitment activities.
Coordinate partner visits and stakeholder engagement.
Support development of targeted marketing and recruitment materials.US Federal Loans
Oversee US loan programme compliance and administration.
Advise applicants and manage processes, documentation, and audits.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop the international recruitment team.
Collaborate across departments to support applicant experience.
Contribute to internationalisation and diversity initiatives
Profile
Proven international student recruitment experience across multiple markets.
Strong track record delivering strategies and meeting enrolment targets.
Experience in marketing and engagement, ideally in higher education.
Ability to integrate recruitment and marketing across channels and regions.
Experience in creative and digital industries.
Skilled in managing external partners (agents, schools, colleges).
Strong stakeholder management across all organisational levels.
Relevant professional qualification or membership preferred.
Job Offer
Competitive salary - £60,000 - grade 7
A fixed-term contract offering stability and a clear focus on project outcomes across a 6 month period
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
