As our new Head of Supply Chain & Commercial Operations , you’ll be the driving force behind how products move, teams perform, and data delivers. You'll lead planning, stock optimisation, and commercial operations to ensure we stay agile, compliant, and customer-focused.

Your impact: Lead a high-performing team, including supply managers and commercial ops. Drive availability and optimise inventory using Slimstock. Collaborate cross-functionally to balance supply planning with commercial goals. Own system improvement initiatives, ensuring stock and compliance KPIs are met. Be the go-to expert for regulatory readiness, process improvement, and operational excellence.

What you bring: Proven leadership in supply chain roles with budget accountability. Deep understanding of forecasting, planning systems (Slimstock preferred), and regulatory environments.
