Monitor inventory levels and streamline logistics to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
Analyse supply chain performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.

A successful Head of Supply Chain should have:

Proven expertise in supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
Experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management (Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, and Logistics processes).
