Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Service Desk Coordinator for our client based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a UK-leading Facilities Management provider as a key member of their busy service desk team. This is a full-time, office-based role reporting to the Service Desk Manager and Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) process, ensuring contractual priorities and deadlines are met through efficient coordination with engineers and subcontractors. Liaise with subcontractors to arrange PPMs. Manage general PPM administration, including asset changes and contract updates. Provide cover for the wider Service Desk team during absence. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Proven customer service skills within scheduling, planning, or helpdesk environments. A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach. Salary up to £28,000.00 depending on experience Office-based, full-time, permanent role: Monday to Friday, 40 hours between 8am 5pm. 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory holidays. Pension scheme.
