As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a Head of Talent to lead the charge in building a world-class talent function — someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on recruitment expertise and has the experience to shape and deliver a high-performance talent agenda.

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional individual contributor who’s been through the journey of scaling a business and knows how to build talent infrastructure that drives cultural and commercial transformation.

Key hires will be in the GTM/ Product and Tech teams - experience in this space is going to be crucial.

This is not just a recruitment role — it’s an overall strategic build. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering a talent acquisition strategy that supports our ambitious growth, while laying the foundations for long-term talent development, workforce planning, and succession.

You’ll:

  • Lead hands-on recruitment for key roles across the business, acting as a true expert and partner to hiring managers
  • Build and execute a scalable talent strategy aligned with our performance-led culture and global footprint
  • Develop employer branding, candidate experience, and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and build workforce plans that support transformation
  • Create frameworks for internal mobility, succession planning, and future leadership development
  • Drive a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous improvement across all talent practices


More about You


You’ve built talent functions before and know what great looks like, not just by hiring in teams, but having demonstratable experience in recruiting yourself. You’re a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, with a deep understanding of what it takes to attract and retain exceptional people in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in scaling recruitment and building talent strategies in professional services, consulting, or PE-backed environments
  • A track record of leading cultural transformation through talent initiatives
  • Deep expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing high-impact hires
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders
  • A bias for action and a passion for building high-performance cultures
  • Experience in investor-backed businesses with global reach is a strong advantage
