A bit about the job:

You’ll lead a large-scale transformation programme that’s central to Aviva’s strategy to modernise and simplify applications and services within the technology estate.

Working with the Group CIO team, you’ll drive change across technology, people, and operations.

You’ll be accountable for delivering outcomes that make a real difference to our customers and colleagues.

This role is all about pace, clarity, and impact – and you’ll be supported by a team of over 50 people to make it happen. It’s a chance to set the standard for delivery excellence at Aviva.
