You’ll also need a proven track record working with complex multinational corporate and institutional clients, along with solid credit and operational risk acumen.Strong working knowledge of bank and market infrastructure and a comprehensive understanding of regulation, current trends, customer drivers, competition, and pricing are essential to this role, as well.You’ll also need:Strong capability in strategic thinking and business planning, with the ability to galvanise support across a complex organisation and diverse stakeholder groupsA proven track record in leading origination teams that service top‑tier and complex client needsThe ability to problem‑solve effectively, overcome obstacles, and drive meaningful and measurable results
