Head of Trading and Operations Platform Transformation. Your role

As Head of Trading & Operations Platform Transformation, you will provide technical guidance across multiple transformational workstreams and ensure changes are delivered at pace following best practices. You will collaborate with delivery teams, technology, architecture, data & AI, and divisional product teams to ensure technology is built consistently and effectively. You will mentor colleagues across transformational teams who are eager to learn but may require technical support. The key KPIs for the transformation teams include Deflection (AI-handled client queries), Friction, STP (Straight-through-processing) and payments automation metrics.

What You’ll Need For This Role

• A strong understanding of Agentic AI including LLMs, RAG & MCP, preferably with recent project experience
• A strong track record of delivering product and technology solutions
• A solid foundation in architectural principles, data & technology platforms, data engineering and cloud computing
• A good understanding of FinTech and what it means to innovate in a heavily regulated environment
• The ability to balance strategy & pragmatism, and to get scrappy when needed. You can context switch and juggle multiple workstreams with ease
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• A hunger to innovate & a natural self-starter
