The Role As Head of Wine, you will lead the development and execution of the restaurant’s wine programme, curating a list that complements the menu and reflects the ambition of the concept. You will be responsible for driving wine sales, training the team and ensuring guests receive expert guidance and service. Key Responsibilities

Develop and curate a compelling and commercially successful wine list Build strong relationships with suppliers and producers Lead all wine training and development for the front‑of‑house team Deliver exceptional guest experiences through expert wine service Manage purchasing, margins and stock control Drive wine sales and overall beverage performance

About You

Proven experience as a Head Sommelier, Head of Wine or Senior Sommelier in a leading London restaurant Deep knowledge of wine regions, producers and styles Strong commercial awareness and purchasing experience Confident leading wine training and guest engagement Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
