Hampstead Hill School is a thriving independent Nursery and Prep school in North London. We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Early Years educator to lead our well-established department as Head of Early Years .
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team committed to helping each child flourish and fulfil their potential. The Head of Early Years will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Early Years and Pre-Reception provision, overseeing four classes for 23 year olds and four Pre-Reception classes for 34 year olds.
Demonstrate proven leadership experience in an Early Years setting
Be familiar with ISI inspection frameworks and expectations
Be committed to promoting curiosity, kindness and respect in school life
Minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Years Education or an Early Years degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in an Early Years setting or 2 years in a leadership or management role
Proven experience delivering high-quality Early Years teaching
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Shift pattern: 7:45am4:30pm and 8:45am5:30pm (on alternate days)
