Head Sushi Chef Benefits:
£50,000 ++ per annum package.
Working 46 hours per week.

Head Sushi Requirements:
A skilled Head Sushi Chef who can manage a small team and develop sushi menus.
Head Sushi Chef candidates should possess a stable work history.
Applicants must have prior experience in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels.
A creative Head sushi chef who takes pride in their work and who is always looking to improve their skillset.
A sound understanding of health & Safety and Kitchen Management.
