Head Veterinary Surgeon

My client in North West London is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established small animal practice in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician who is looking to take on a leadership role within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The practice is modern and well-equipped, offering a wide range of diagnostic and treatment facilities including digital radiography, dental equipment, and in-house laboratory diagnostics. You will be supported by an experienced clinical and nursing team, enabling you to focus on delivering high standards of patient care while helping to guide the clinical direction of the practice.

As Head Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a key role in supporting and mentoring colleagues, maintaining clinical standards, and contributing to the continued development of the practice.

Full-time position working 40 hours per week

Weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays 

No OOH

About You

RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

Confident in routine small animal medicine and surgery

Previous leadership experience desirable, though not essential

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Committed to delivering high standards of clinical care
