Governors are seeking to appoint a Headteacher who: has an aspirational vision for the school, seeking to sustain and further improve the progress and attainment of all learners. has proven leadership and management skills that will ensure the continued development of our high-quality educational provision. has high levels of emotional intelligence and builds warm and empathetic relationship with children, staff, families and the wider community. has an excellent knowledge and understanding of Curriculum for Wales and the Additional Learning Needs reform. has a track record of providing high quality professional learning to motivate and inspire all staff members. fosters and develops teamwork and actively grows leaders for the future. can work effectively to maintain and further develop partnerships with other schools, parents and the wider community.
