Your duties will include:
Assisting the Health & Safety Manager in liaising with external contractors and suppliers
Working a part of the team with general admin duties including filing data, inputting, typing, and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork.
Ensuring compliance to legislation and procedures.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation associated with your work
Monitoring the health and safety training records across the business
Interacting with all members of the business, the suppliers, and customers.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and organised individual who can work independently and collaboratively.
