Health and Safety Advisor
London
Permanent
£45,000-£55,000 plus benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Health & Safety professional to help shape and embed a positive safety culture across a diverse and dynamic organisation. This position is based in central London and you will be part of a wider Health and Safety team. Our client strongly supports CPD and would be happy to put the successful H&S Advisor through further qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate health and safety incidents, identifying root causes and ensuring actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
Conduct risk assessments and COSHH assessments across multiple business areas.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records within the Health & Safety Management System, including incidents, audits, surveys, and risk assessments.
Contribute to the design and delivery of training offered by the Fire, Health & Safety team.
You will have:
The right to work in the UK
Level 3 Health and Safety qualification as a minimum, ideally a member of IOSH
Relevant experience working in Retail, Facilities or similar environments
Excellent relationship building skills
The ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to the wider team
