Health and Safety Advisor / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and maintain robust health and safety policies aligned with local regulations and industry best practices.

* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

* Lead safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness among all staff.

* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, ensuring thorough reporting and meaningful follow-up.

* Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with OSHA, OSHA-equivalent standards, and other relevant legislation.

* Maintain detailed records of safety audits, training, incident reports, and corrective measures.

* Serve as the primary point of contact during safety audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably within Construction

* Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence safety practices at all organizational levels.

* Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety training effectively.

* Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH
