Job Description

One our key clients is currently looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join there growing team due to winning multiple projects that will commence throughout 2026.


They are based within the City of London and they have an impressive pipeline of work and good projected growth in the coming years. Their main focus is on mixed-use developments, PBSA, and hotels with individual project values of up to circa £120m.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure they understand and meet their Health & Safety obligations.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant UK Health & Safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, CDM Regulations 2015, and RIDDOR 2013.
  • Oversee site operations to verify that safety standards and control measures are consistently implemented.
  • Conduct regular Health & Safety inspections and audits, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure actions are completed promptly.
  • Support the preparation and review of Health & Safety documentation, such as RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, and Lift Plans, including submissions from third parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within H&S management systems to meet legal requirements, internal procedures, and audit standards.
  • Deliver on-site safety briefings and toolbox talks, and coordinate external Health & Safety training when necessary.
