A leading regional construction contractor is looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join their growing team. Known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining a strong safety culture, they’re looking for someone who can embed themselves into the operational team, providing hands-on support across their sites in the West Midands area.

This isn’t a box-ticking role. You’ll work closely with project teams to help drive best practice, support site management, and ensure Health & Safety is seen as a positive, proactive part of the build process—not just a requirement. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and given the flexibility to manage your time, prioritise high-impact work, and focus on quality over quantity.
