My client, Systems2 are looking for another Health & Safety (H&S) advisor to work with one of their largest clients - a global giant in the world of media and film.

 

The person they are looking for will be NEBOSH qualified, have a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire others. They will be a problem-solver, not a problem-maker. Very different to the typical “safety police” type. They will not be feared. Instead, clients will always be pleased to see them.

 

Systems2 pride themselves on making H&S pay – an opportunity, not a burden. Improving an organisation, rather than limiting what it can do.  It’s an approach that has served them well for 27 years, working for some very big names. That way, people are happy to follow the pragmatic systems they put in place. “Compliance” is achieved as a by-product, not as the key focus. From the client’s boardroom down to the newest employee, and even the enforcing authorities, everyone is kept happy. That’s the way they like it.
