This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Health & Safety professional to help shape and embed a positive safety culture across a diverse and dynamic organisation. This position is based in central London and you will be part of a wider Health and Safety team. Our client strongly supports CPD and would be happy to put the successful H&S Advisor through further qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate health and safety incidents, identifying root causes and ensuring actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct risk assessments and COSHH assessments across multiple business areas.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records within the Health & Safety Management System, including incidents, audits, surveys, and risk assessments.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of training offered by the Fire, Health & Safety team.

You will have:

• The right to work in the UK
• Level 3 Health and Safety qualification as a minimum, ideally a member of IOSH
• Relevant experience working in Retail, Facilities or similar environments
• Excellent relationship building skills
• The ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to the wider team
