Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for an Health and Safety Advisor to actively monitor and support our internal and external build teams in identifying solutions and safer ways of working.

Could that be you? If advising on all things Health, Safety and Quality gets you out of bed in the morning, and you enjoy making sure the right processes are in place to keep people safe and support successful audits, then this could be the role for you.

Here’s why you’ll love this role…

-  Supporting the wider team on delivering Health and Safety initiatives across the business

- You will visit our build sites across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire to ensure we are embedding our Health and Safety culture and keeping our employees safe

- Coaching and advising managers, and training and inducting teams on managing the Health and Safety aspects of their day-to-day work

- Acting as a safety champion by promoting safe working practices and behaviours across our sites.

- Supporting the development and maintain the HSEQ Management System aligned to ISO (phone number removed)

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

- You have previous experience working in a site based Health and Safety role

- Minimum of NEBOSH General or construction certificate

- You have managed incident investigations and root cause analysis

- If you have experience with ISO (phone number removed) and 45001, or internal audit training, would be beneficial

- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively

- You hold a Full UK driving licence
