Health and Safety CDM Advisor

Health and Safety CDM Advisor required to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. Working with clients across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, engineering, housing and leisure. Projects will be based across the North West.

Health and Safety CDM Advisor Duties will include:

* Acting as CDM Advisor on a variety of construction projects.

* Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations from concept to completion.

* Preparing and reviewing pre-construction information and health and safety files.

* Advising clients, designers and contractors on their statutory duties under CDM.

* Carrying out site inspections and audits, providing practical, actionable feedback.

* Delivering training to client teams where required.

* Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

* NEBOSH General and/or Construction Certificate or equivalent health & safety qualification

* Membership of IOSH, or similar professional body (TechIOSH, GradIOSH, etc.)

Experience

* Experience in a consultancy, construction Health and Safety role.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

This Health and Safety CDM Advisor role is paying up to £55k plus benefits
