Construction Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) ManagerLocation: Enfield, MiddlesexRate: £280 per shiftHours:7am-5pm Mondays-Fridays,Duration: 24-30 weeksStart Date: Monday 4th May 2026 and Monday 11th May 2026My client are looking for 2 x experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Managers to lead on all aspects of site safety andenvironmental compliance in live construction and logistics unitenvironments and freelance basis.Key responsibilities:Strong communication skills required to interface with clients and construction teams on siteFull ownership of the HSE management systems and site compliancePromoting a strong safety cultureMonitoring and reporting onand HSE and KPIs performanceDelivering inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety trainingConducting audits and inspections, reporting on findings and improvementsKeeping up to date with legislation and industry guidanceManaging COSHH documentation and assessmentsWhat you'll need:Proven experience in a similar HSE role within construction ideallyStrong understanding of UK health, safety, and environmental legislationIOSH (minimum requirement)NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification - or working towardsExcellent communication skills and a hands-on, proactive approachStrong organisation and influencing skillsMust possess a valid CSCS card, IOSH and NEBOSHJBRP1_UKTJ
