H&S Manager – Utility-Scale, Ground-Mounted Solar Project \nI’m looking for an experienced, process-driven H&S Manager to support a large, utility-scale ground-mounted solar project\nThis is a major site environment so we need someone who is strong on H&S systems, procedures and site standards, and who can bring a project team along with them on the same H&S journey.\nThis role suits someone comfortable operating at scale — where civils, electrical works and high-risk activities are happening in parallel, and where leadership and influence really matter.\nWhat’s key:\nExperience on utility-scale / ground-mounted solar projects\nStrong H&S background across civils & electrical sites\nConfident owning process, governance and site culture\n Able to lead, influence and engage teams on live projects\nThe details:\nNorth East England (site-based)\nCompetitive day rate\nPotentially up to 12 months\nStart: Early January (for the right candidate)\nIf you’re a H&S professional who thrives on large projects, clear structure and high standards, this is a strong opportunity
