My client are a regional water & civil engineering specialist who are currently looking for a Health & Safety Manager to cover various civil engineering schemes across the Midlands region. H&S Manager Requirements: * Experience managing health & safety for civil engineering / water schemes. * Minimum 5 years’ experience. * Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and CDM regulations. * Relevant qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH Construction, IOSH, etc.) H&S Manager Responsibilities: * Oversee all health & safety aspects of the project. * Ensure compliance with current H&S legislation and company policies. * Prepare and review RAMS, CPPs and site documentation. * Conduct site inspections and audits. * Lead toolbox talks and site briefings. * Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. * Liaise with site management, subcontractors and external bodies. * Promote a strong safety culture on site.
