Health and Safety Trainer

Location: Peterborough based with travel

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience

Car allowance: £4,800 per year

Holiday: 31 days including bank holidays plus your birthday off

What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging, high quality training across key safety areas including IOSH, First Aid, Working at Height, Confined Spaces and Risk Assessment, Trench support, Excavation safety and Cable avoidance etc
  • Design and tailor training programmes to meet learning objectives
  • Ensure delivery meets industry best practice and internal quality standards
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients


What We Are Looking For

You are a confident communicator with practical health and safety experience and a passion for sharing knowledge


Essential

✅ NEBOSH qualification

➕ Assessor qualifications such as D32 or D33, A1 or TAQA


Also required

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Proactive, organised and customer focused approach
  • Experience delivering training is preferred but not essential as support will be provided


️ Bonus Experience

  • Trench support
  • Excavation safety
  • Cable avoidance


Key Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Coaching and mentoring ability
  • Ability to develop engaging training materials
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and email
  • Collaborative team player
