Health and Social Care Lecturer Location: Kensington, London Contract: Full-time (5 days per week)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join a college in Kensington. This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position, ideal for a passionate educator who is committed to inspiring the next generation of health and social care professionals.
The Role
You will deliver high-quality teaching across Health and Social Care programmes, supporting learners to achieve academic success and develop the skills required for progression into higher education or employment within the care sector.
Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of Health and Social Care units
*
Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback
*
Monitoring learner progress and providing academic and pastoral support
*
Contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance activities
*
Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and teaching practice
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:

A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (degree level or above)
*
A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
*
Experience teaching in FE, sixth form, or a related educational setting
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusive education
