We are currently recruiting Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our team across multiple locations.

You will support individuals with a range of needs including elderly care, physical disabilities, and mental health support.

• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting with medication (where trained)
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Helping with daily routines and companionship
• Supporting individuals in the community (appointments, shopping, activities)
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times
