Reports to: Care Coordinator / Registered Manager Location: Clients homes within the community Hours: Flexible shifts (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays) Salary: Competitive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Purpose: To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assist with washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Support with mobility, including use of aids and equipment.

Medication Support: Prompt or assist clients with taking prescribed medication in accordance with care plans and company policy.

Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Prepare and serve meals according to individual preferences and dietary needs.

Support with feeding where required.

Household Tasks: Assist with light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.

Emotional and Social Support: Offer companionship and conversation.
