Key Responsibilities

As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

Patient Care & Support

* Assisting patients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.

* Providing emotional support and ensuring patient comfort and dignity at all times.

Clinical Support

* Taking and recording vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.

* Supporting clinical staff with basic medical procedures as required.

Safety & Compliance

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.

* Following all infection control measures, safeguarding processes, and hospital policies.

Observation & Documentation

* Monitoring patients’ conditions and reporting any changes promptly.

* Accurately documenting care provided in line with clinical guidelines.

Teamwork & Communication

* Working closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care.

* Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients and their families.
