The Role – Health Care Assistant

As a Health Care Assistant your responsibilities will include, providing personal care and medical support in line with individual care plans, monitoring health needs and communicating with staff as required, supporting students in the classroom and during therapeutic activities, promoting dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing and maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding procedures. Experience with PEG feeding, epilepsy management, diabetes care, or manual handling is highly desirable (training provided if needed).
